Today is the day to give to help our Australian teams and athletes. Giving Day is a great opportunity for the Australian Softball community to show our support to our national teams.

What a fantastic day of donation and support!

What a day! In total, $8,674 was raised from 73 donations.

A big thanks to those who donated through the night: Jacqui, Nikki K, Maria, Pat, Robyn, Shelley, Daniel and some more anonymous donors.

If you missed out, don't fear! The campaign pages will be open until June the 8th. 

7:15pm: A huge bump in funds - we're now over $8,000! A hearty round of applause for Julie Wall for donating $1,010, along with Li Hoon Lai, Cheryl Waye, Graham Johnson, Jacqui Dunn and some anonymous donors.

5:00pm: Many thanks to Kay Iredale, Steven Cateris and Steve Dix! Let's keep it up, spread the word to all your softball friends!

4:15pm: Thank you Joanne Keevers! What a wonderful contribution. On behalf of the Aussie Spirit, thank you!

3:30pm: Ashley Shield has added two more donations, a total of $1050 across all three campaigns. What. A. Legend. Together with Scott Haggerty's donation, we're now over $6,300! Keep it up legends!

3:00pm: Some delicious donations from Ashley Shield and Jon Hudson - Champions! 

2:30pm: We've cracked the $5k! Thank you Jane, Kerrie and Glenn! 

2:00pm: The donations keep coming in! Thank you to Carolyn, Elizabeth, Damian and Beverly for the donations. Together we've raised $4,882 so far. Let's keep it going!

1:30pm: A big donation from Bridgestone Select Salisbury for the Junior Spirit Campaign has us sitting at just under $5k raised so far today. HUGE

1:00pm: We've now crossed the $4,000 barrier thanks to the donations from the Donors from a recent Slowpitch Day event an an anonymous donor. It's so good to see the community rallying for the athletes!

12:30pm: WOW! Two $500 donations and a $1000 (!!!) donation have come through for the Spirit Campaign! 🤩🤩🤩 Michael Cox, WestCity Tyres and Tanya Mcgregor - thank you so much!

12:00pm: Thank you Jo Whittington and Felicity Witt for your donations!

11:30am: We're now up to a total of $1590 with a flurry of activity after 11am. Allison Harrow and Steve Armitage - thank you so much for donating to the Steelers Campaign!

11:00am: We've crossed the first mark of the Day - a total of $1200 has been donated so far. A massive thanks to Ku Lacey for a very generous donation to the Under 18 World Cup Campaign!

10:25am: Thank you to the Murri Taipans Softball Club for donating! Great to see a local 🥎 club getting behind the teams! Also a big thanks to Richard Barrow, Kate Penney and our anonymous donors! 🎉🎉🎉

9:50am: Thank you Gayle Parnaby for your donation, and to the anonymous donor who donated to two of the campaigns. ❤️

Giving Day Details

The money raised will directly contribute towards lowering player levies with donors having the ability to decide which Australian team to donate to. In conjunction with the Australia Sports Foundation, this is all possible.

Donors can be fully confident that their donations are going directly to the cause they are supporting, as Softball Australia’s use of the funds towards the travel funds listed above is required to be acquitted to the Australian Sports Foundation.
