Softball Australia is proud to announce the U-23 Men’s National Team set to travel to Palmerston North, New Zealand, to compete in the 2025 WBSC Oceania World Cup Qualifiers from April 4-6, 2025. This highly anticipated series against New Zealand marks the first step in Australia’s U-23 Men’s Softball World Championship title defence, as the team aims to secure qualification for the 2026 WBSC U-23 Men’s Softball World Cup Finals.

The qualifier presents a crucial opportunity for the team, bringing together a strong mix of experienced players and emerging talent. Competing on the international stage will provide these athletes with invaluable exposure to high-level competition, sharpening their skills and preparing them for the challenges ahead.

With a rich history of success in men’s softball, Australia remains committed to developing elite-level athletes and maintaining its strong global presence. This tournament serves not only as a pathway to the World Cup but also as a chance for these athletes to represent their country with pride, showcase their talent against world-class opposition, and uphold Australia’s legacy of excellence in international softball.

Softball Australia wishes the team the best of luck as they embark on this important campaign.
