Jack Besgrove's New York Gremlins take out the ISC World Tournament 2023

Australians Jack Besgrove, Andrew Kirkpatrick, Zenon Winters and their New York Gremlins teammates took out the ISC World Tournament 2023 last night, with Besgrove named in the ISC First Team All World, Most Outstanding Pitcher and earning the Newcomer Award.
Kirkpatrick was named in the ISC Second Team All World, while compatriot Scott Patterson also earned a Second Team position with the Hill United Chiefs.
It has been a big 12 months for Jack Besgrove. The left-handed pitcher from Orange has taken home two World Cups (Men's and Under 23 Men's), the ISC World Tournament 2023 along with a bevy of individual awards. In last night's game Besgrove pitched a complete game for 12 strikeouts, the twelfth coming from the final out of the game with a swinging strike on a low fastball.
Across the tournament Besgrove notched up 63 strikeouts across 5 games, including an incredible 18 in his first outing vs Batmen. He finished the tournament with an ERA of 2.01. Kirkpatrick had 4 appearances (3 starts) for a 1.98 ERA.
