Summary: Under 23 Men
New South Wales picked up where they left off overnight, finishing off their postponed game against the ACT with a 6-2 win. The Blue Bloods then followed up with a comprehensive 12-2 win over the home state, before defeating ACT for a second time in the early afternoon with a 10-3 win. The victory was set up with five runs in the first innings, with the top of the NSW batting line-up doing the damage.
Queensland also started their day on the front foot, notching a 9-5 win over the ACT. Jesse Barnes and Callum Turner were possibly the pick of the Queensland bats, combining for five hits, four runs, and four RBIs. However, Queensland’s run of wins came to halt against Victoria in the afternoon. Scores were tied after five innings, but Jye Dennis batted in a runner in the 6th inning for the Big V, who then held off Queensland at the top of the 7th for a memorable 6-5 win.
Queensland and NSW then played one of the games of the tournament. NSW led 3-0 until Queensland exploded with 12 runs in the 3rd inning. The Blue Bloods attempted to claw their way back into the game, but Queensland seemed to always have the answer in the 15-10 win.
Four runs by ACT in the 2nd inning made the difference in their game against Victoria. The home state rallied in their last at-bat, rounding two runners and reducing the margin to two runs, but ACT closed out the game on a strike out. Jeron Tan and Matt Harrow lead the ACT to the win with the ball and bat respectively.

Day 4 What to Watch For
Queensland finish on top of the standings, but only one win and one Run For separates them from New South Wales. The 1st vs 2nd final tomorrow morning could give the winner a psychological edge, should they meet again in the Grand Final.
ACT hold a 2-1 head-to-head advantage over Victoria during the tournament, but the home state must feel they an advantage playing at home going into their 3rd vs 4th final, while the pressure of finals could also test some of ACT’s emerging players.
Queensland and NSW have looked the best so far in the tournament, but must hold their form tomorrow to come away with the Laing Harrow Shield.
