Softball Australia (SA) is seeking expressions of interest from members of the softball community to join a newly established National History Working Group, and a National Awards and Recognition Working Group.

Following a recent review of our History and Recognition capabilities, Softball Australia identified that these key areas required greater attention and focus, and accordingly have created a National History Working Group, and a National Awards and Recognition Working Group.

Accordingly, we are seeking people with a passion for softball history and experience in similar roles, who are willing to bring the history of the organisation up to date and maintain it for the future.

The Working Groups will also be required to modernise the awards and recognition area, to ensure a more streamlined and suitable History and Awards and Recognition system.

Those wanting to be considered for membership in these groups are required to:

• Submit a formal application using the Application Form Generic, including member state verification.
• Include a copy of their resume
• Include a short cover letter that addresses the key experience and knowledge they can bring to these Working Groups
