Softball Australia is calling for applications for the position of Team Manager for the Australian Under-18 men’s team.

The team manager will support the squad throughout the period of preparation for the WBSC Under-18s Men’s World Cup in Mexico in November 2023. 

The provisional dates for the tournament are 11 – 19 November 2023.

There is one Team Manager position to be filled. This is a volunteer position, however the costs associated with travel, accommodation and uniforms will be covered by Softball Australia.

The role of the Team Manager is to:

• Provide administrative support to the Head Coach, Adam Rindfleish, in all areas of off-the-field activities
• Formulate and implement rules for the welfare and conduct of all members of an Australian team while in camps, participating in squad trainings and touring overseas
• Assist the Softball Australia Team Logistics Coordinator in arranging travel, meals and accommodation for the Australian team while attending camps, domestic training and international tours
