Game 20: ACT v VIC 10:00AM AEDT
ACT 10 def VIC 5
ACT: 10R 8H 1E
VIC: 5R 5H 1E
A seven-run fifth inning has propelled the ACT into the Preliminary Final with their win over Victoria.

The sides then traded blows in the third and traded defensive innings in the fourth, before it blew open with the bat in the fifth.
With two outs, VIC dug deep and got on a role thanks to Cody Smith’s double to score Jack Hotere-Moana, and they found three more to take a 5-3 lead at the change.
But the ACT caught fire in the bottom of the inning. With bases loaded, Lynch took advantage of a wild throw to score, before Lachlan Spinelli’s double brought the other two home.
Matthew Harrow found the seventh and final run for the ACT on his second at bat for the inning, scoring Slater on a single.
The sixth inning was far more subdued, as both sides kept the other from scoring, putting the pressure on VIC to score five in the top of the seventh, but Aloysius Ong took three strike outs to send ACT to the Preliminary Final.
