2025 Summer of Softball - Umpire EOI

This form is to be completed by umpires who wish to nominate to attend an event as part of the 2025 Summer of Softball in from December 2024 to March 2025.

As an umpire attending the 2025 Summer of Softball, you will be required to pay an umpire levy of approximately $250.
NOTE: Please note the expression of interest form cannot be saved and completed at another time. Please ensure you have all the below information available prior to commencing your nomination:
- Australian Rules Assessment Results (Year and Results)
- Umpire Activity Diary (1st May 2023 - 31st July 2024)
- Development Plan (if you intend to present as a candidate)
- Softball Australia Official Code of Conduct
